I am a Young Conservatives member who is under 18 and I have completed my application form for Conference. What happens next?

Young Conservatives attending the conference are kindly reminded that a completed consent form is required prior to participation. This helps ensure that all necessary permissions are in place and allows us to provide a safe and well-organised experience for everyone involved. Please make sure the form is submitted in advance to avoid any delays on arrival.

All delegates under the age of 18 must complete the online consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian to attend the conference. For those 16 and under, this also applies, and they must be accompanied by a parent, carer, or nominated responsible adult for the duration of the event. These measures help us ensure a safe, supportive, and well-organised experience for all young participants.

Consent forms will need to be completed as part of the ticket registration process and then emailed to registration@conservatives.com.

Click here for the 16 and under consent form and here for the under 18’s consent form.

What is the deadline to apply for a ticket to the Conference?

We recommend purchasing your tickets as early as you can. Tickets increase in price periodically throughout the year. If you purchase your ticket after a certain point, we cannot guarantee you will be accredited in time. Please see here for the deadlines.

When will the Conference Agenda/Programme be released?

The Conference Agenda can be seen here.
