2026 Rates for The Hyatt Regency Birmingham:
In line with security protocols, guests staying in the Conference Hotel must book their rooms for all 4 nights of the Conference, from Saturday 3rd October – Wednesday 7th October. VAT and breakfast are included in the fee.
Check in will be available from Saturday 4th October at 16:00. It will not be possible to check in before this time.
Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and whilst every endeavour will be taken to allocate preferred room types, this may not be possible. A member of our team will discuss this with you once the completed form has been received.
Please note there is no parking available at the hotel; and no pets are allowed.
All guests of The Hyatt Regency Birmingham are required to have a Conference Pass.
Hyatt loyalty benefits are not applicable for these bookings.
Cancellation Fees:
If you cancel your Booking, you will be liable for the cancellation charges set out below. If the reservation of a room or rooms is cancelled confirmation must be given to the Party via email to conferencehotel@conservatives.com.
