Labour block North Sea Oil Drilling

Britain is facing an energy crisis. Bills are set to rise AGAIN this summer.

The cost of living was already rising too fast for the British people, and now we must brace for the impact with the turmoil in the Middle East soon landing on our bills.

That’s why this week we held on a vote to immediately approve the drilling of our North Sea oil fields.

Every single Labour and Green MP voted against granting new oil and gas licences in the North Sea.

The Liberal Democrats and Reform didn’t bother to vote. Neither party are serious about standing up to Starmer.

Only the Conservatives are making the argument that Britain needs to get all of our oil and gas out of the North Sea.

Watch Shadow Minister of State for Energy Andrew Bowie MP explain the cost of Labour’s vote here.
