Starmer entered government without a plan, and we saw what happened.
He took away Winter Fuel Payments. He imposed the Family Farm Tax. He unilaterally granted a massive pay rise for his trade union paymasters. He hiked taxes on businesses. None of this was in Labour’s manifesto.
Now we are seeing the consequences.
People are losing their jobs, and small businesses have been hit hardest. Labour is punishing people who are working hard to pay for Benefits Street.
And on the 7th of May we saw the consequences, as Labour were given their most devastating defeat in decades.
Since then, there has been utter chaos in No10 as Starmer tries to stop his party from throwing him out of office.
While the Labour party implodes, they are burdening the British people with more reckless spending and have no idea how to achieve economic growth.
No matter who ends up as Prime Minister, it’s clear that Labour can’t be trusted to govern the country.
