It's time for us to take back our streets and bring back personal responsibility.
Our Take Back our Streets plan will recruit 10,000 more police officers.
We will give them the power to enforce the law properly. And we will introduce ‘Immediate Justice’ community sentences, issued directly by the police.
So those who blight our communities with anti-social behaviour can be immediately ordered to make amends by cleaning graffiti or picking up litter.
Only the Conservatives have a clear plan to crush crime and take back our streets.
