Thanks to the over 25,000 people who have signed this petition, the NHS has dropped their charges against Jennifer Melle and reinstated her.

Jennifer was the victim of horrific racial abuse at work because she recognised the reality of biological sex.

Like the Darlington Nurses and Sandie Peggie, she was hounded and harassed by the NHS for saying what we all know to be true: that biological sex is a fact, and hardworking nurses should not be punished for saying so.

It is time to end these witch hunts once and for all.

The NHS must recognise and fully implement the Supreme Court judgment without delay.

Ministers need to get a grip and start enforcing the law so that these nurses can get back to the jobs they love.
