I’m proud to represent the people of Wirral West.
For 14 years I was a broadcaster and journalist, before setting up my own business. I know the challenges the hardworking people of our community face – because I’ve been through them myself.
If you re-elect me, I’ll continue to support small businesses. They are the engine of the local economy, providing services and creating jobs, so more people in our area can get on in life.
As Employment Minister, I’m helping work through the Conservatives’ long-term economic plan to benefit hardworking taxpayers in Wirral West and across the country.
I’m also a keen campaigner for the advancement of women in the sciences and industry – to grow and enrich our economy.
Another passion of mine is social mobility – that people are able to fulfil their potential, regardless of their background. That’s why I’ll keep fighting for better education and more apprenticeships, so young people in our community can compete with the best in the country.
