I was born in Nottinghamshire, grew up in Clumber Park and went to the Hartland Comprehensive School in Worksop.
I’ve worked hard for Broxtowe by:
- Fighting to save our greenbelt land from the council’s planned developments – any new housing should be built on brownfield land, not our much-loved countryside
- Saving Toton Library from closure – preserving a vital local service
- Campaigning for free parking – to ease the burden on local people and help our high streets thrive
- Securing £100,000 compensation for businesses and shops on High Road and Chilwell Road – to help local traders affected by the tram works in Beeston
By working with local people, I’ve got a lot done for our community. There’s still a long way to go, both locally and nationally, but we’re going in the right direction.
With your support, I’ll work hard to continue the progress we’re making as a community.
