What do I need to become a candidate?

We want people with passion, drive, and a commitment to our Party and values, who want to make a difference.

Our candidates come from all walks of life. Wherever you’re from and whatever your background, we want to hear from you.

Do I need to be a member of the Conservative Party?

Yes.

To be considered, you need to be a Conservative Party member for a minimum of 3 months.

Once you’ve read the guide, you can fill in the form to register your interest here.

Please complete all sections of the form, including as much detail as possible but ensuring that it covers no more than two A4 sides. Once completed please return to the Candidates Department via candidateenquiries@conservatives.com.
