Victoria was born in London and has lived and worked here all her life. Married to Jamie, they have four children; she has been a Kensington and Chelsea Councillor since 2002, and is Chairman of Borough Community Relations. Victoria has been a member of the Party for 25 years, and fought as Steve Norris’s Deputy Mayoral Candidate in 2000. In 2007 she came second to Boris Johnson in the selection process to choose the Conservative Candidate for Mayor.
