Since you elected me in 2010, I have stood up for residents across the constituency by championing the causes that matter.
Take employment. Jobs are up and unemployment is down in Wolverhampton South West but I want to go further. That’s why I’ve launched Employment Network, a training scheme to help local people gain the skills they need to find work, provide for their families and get on in life.
I’m also on the side of small businesses. Before I entered politics, I ran my own business and know how important they are for our local economy, providing essential services and creating jobs. That’s why I’ve fought to win compensation for businesses affected by local road works and council red tape – because thriving local businesses benefit the whole community.
If you want Wolverhampton South West to continue to benefit from having a strong community campaigner, vote for me at the next election.
