John Bell selected as Conservative candidate for Wirral South

Wirral South Conservatives select John Bell as their Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for the 2015 General Election.

John is one of six children, born in Merseyside, where his father worked in the shipyards. After leaving school at 15 with no formal qualifications he went on to teach in North Wales after graduating from the University of Keele. More recently John has been employed teaching apprentices at Airbus.

A long-time party activist, with a huge amount of experience in campaigning – both for the Conservatives and on charitable issues close to his heart - John has been involved in the party for almost a decade.

A keen Liverpool and Wrexham fan John’s hoping for better things this season for his teams and he’ll be working flat out for support of the people of Wirral South between now and the General Election.
