David Cameron has launched the full chapter on mending our broken society in the Conservative Party's Draft Manifesto.
The schools, crime and families sections of the chapter were announced earlier this week, and now the full chapter has been released - including the fourth section on "building the big society".
This section deals with how to use the state to stimulate social action, building social capital, and binding people together through sport.
Cameron set out the party’s comprehensive approach in a speech today, in which he argued that "we are in danger of becoming an irresponsible society, and we need to make Britain a responsible society".
