Campaign Team Administrator

Summary

Conservative Campaign Headquarters (CCHQ) is looking to recruit an Administrator to work with the Campaigning team to provide hands on support to this key area of the Party’s work. The successful candidate will be an important part of a busy team.

Description:

Principal roles and responsibilities include:

  •  Assisting senior staff with their duties and projects
  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls from members of the Party
  • Helping organise and implement Campaign team events
  • Managing volunteers
  • Assisting with ‘Road to 2015’ administration to include document preparation and Powerpoint presentations
  • Managing a variety of databases, records and directories
  • Providing any necessary support as required

Skills Required:

  • Good attention to detail
  • A hands-on approach to work and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent IT skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • A 'can do' flexible professional approach
  • An excellent telephone manner
