Summary

Conservative Campaign Headquarters is seeking to recruit a Campaign Centre Assistant to work in CCHQ Wales, based in Cardiff.

Description:

The ideal candidate will be able to manage many competing priorities, and work well under pressure within a fast paced political environment.  The successful candidate will be a first class organiser with the ability to deal sensitively and confidently with members of the Party and the wider public.

To succeed in this role you will also need to be self motivated, conscientious, and an all round hands-on team player.  The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, purposeful sense of initiative, and great attention to detail.

Skills required:

  • Strong IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office suite)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • A ‘can do’ flexible professional approach
  • The ability to build excellent working relationships across the Party and with outside individuals/organisations
  • A commitment to the values of the Conservative Party
