Monday 5 October - Fixing our Broken Politics

Introduction - Eric Pickles, Chairman of the Conservative Party, and Emma Pidding, the Conference Chair, open our 2009 conference.

Ready for Change - Oliver Letwin and Francis Maude show how our policy and implementation work means that we are Ready for Change. Following that Boris Johnson addresses conference for the second time since his historic victory in the London Mayoral election.

Reforming Politics: Accountability and Transparency - Sir George Young and Annabel Goldie lead a session on measures to improve accountability and transparency in politics. This will include a panel session. William Hague will close this morning session with a keynote speech.

Get Britain Working - You will hear from senior members of the Conservative team present our plan to Get Britain Working. Including, George Osborne, Kenneth Clarke, Sayeeda Warsi, David Freud, Theresa May, David Willetts and David Cameron.

Reforming Politics: Decentralisation and Social Action - Following a short break Caroline Spelman and Sayeeda Warsi will show how Conservatives are making a difference already through social action and also in Conservative run councils up and down the country.

The NHS - David Cameron has said the NHS is our number one priority. In this session you will have a chance to hear from Andrew Lansley and the Health team, and to question them on key areas of health policy.

Transport and Housing - In this session you will hear from Theresa Villiers and Grant Shapps, and also have a chance to ask them questions about our plans to get Britain moving and to make sure everyone can get their feet on the housing ladder.

The Economy - Philip Hammond leads this session on our plans to rebuild our broken economy, which will include a question panel with the Treasury team. George Osborne will end this session with a keynote speech.

Business - Kenneth Clarke and the Shadow Business team will use this session to show how we have the right agenda to free enterprise and Get Britain Working. This will include a chance to ask questions from the floor.

The Green Economy - Greg Clark will open this session with a speech and the lead the first half of this session on a low carbon economy, including contributions from the frontbench team and from the floor.

For the second half of this session you will hear a speech from Greg Clark, followed by a Q&A with the Shadow Defra team.

Wednesday 7 October - Mending our Broken Society

Schools and Sport - Jeremy Hunt will open this session with a speech, followed by a panel session on schools and sport. Following the question panel we will hear from special guest Dame Kelly Holmes. Michael Gove will close this session with a speech.

Law and Order - Mending our broken society is central to our mission for Government. This session will start with a speech from Chris Grayling setting out how we will start that process. Following that Dominic Grieve will lead a panel session on law and order and will follow this with a speech.

Welfare Reform - The session will begin with a speech by special guest Major Phil Packer. We have got a plan to Get Britain Working and also to start the hard work of fixing our broken society. In this session there will be more detail about Conservative Job Clubs, as well as having a chance to question the Shadow Work and Pensions team. This session will end with a speech from Theresa May.

Family - The key to mending our broken society is strengthening families. In this session you will hear from David Willetts and Maria Miller as they set out our plans to strengthen the family. This session will include a chance to question the Families team on their approach.

Thursday 8 October

Great Britain - In this session you will hear from the Conservative team responsible for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, who together are building a stronger union and a greater Britain, including Cheryl Gillan, David Mundell, Owen Paterson and Nick Bourne. Sir Reg Empey, Leader of the Ulster Unionist Party will close this session with a speech.

International and Security - William Hague will open this session with a speech. Following this Andrew Mitchell, Pauline Neville-Jones, and Timothy Kirkhope will speak. As well as this they will take part in a panel session with Mark Francois and William Hague. You will also hear from the President of the Republic of Maldives, Mohamed Nasheed and the leader of the Hungarian MDF Party, Dr Ibolya David. The session will end with a speech from Liam Fox.

At the end of this session there will be closing remarks from the Party Chairman, Eric Pickles and Conference Chair, Emma Pidding.
