The Conservative Party Conference offers an outstanding opportunity to reach up to 13,500 attendees. Detailed below are a wide range of ways in which you can promote your company, event, fringe meeting, service or activity relating to the Party Conference.   • Advertising

    The Conference Handbook is the essential guide to what’s on during conference week. It is sent out with the conference security passes in early September. As well as a list of exhibitors; fringe meetings; receptions; conference programme - the handbook will also contain maps of the exhibition area, retail mall area, Manchester Central and The Midland Hotel. In addition, it will include general information, useful numbers, details of restaurants and bars and maps of the city.

    Advertising in the Conference Handbook enables you to directly reach all accredited attendees. A number of prime advertising positions are on offer. These include:

    • Cover Pages (back cover, inside front cover or inside back cover)
    • Opposite the portrait of the Prime Minister & Leader of the Conservative Party
    • Opposite daily conference programme pages
    • Opposite the listing of your fringe event

    Another major feature in the handbook is the Section Header Tab Pages, which readers find an easy way to locate a particular section of the handbook. Each section opens to advertising pages. You may choose one of the following section header tab pages:

:: Passes

If you wish to send a representative from your organisation - Commercial (4-day and 2-day passes), Charity and Overseas category passes are available - you may book via the online accreditation site. You will also be able to check the price list per category via this link.

Paper application forms are available, but please note there is a £15.00 administration fee for these. Please send an email request to accreditation@fingerprintevents.com stating your contact and company details (if applicable your registered charity number).

:: Accommodation

A number of commercial rooms are available at the main secure conference hotel - The Midland Hotel.

Guests at this hotel include the Party Leader, senior Frontbench Spokespersons and Party Officials, key political journalists and top commercial representatives. A limited number of rooms are available for commercial use.

:: Business Day

Business Day will be held on Tuesday 4 October at The Midland Hotel. The event offers representatives from the business community the opportunity to engage in discussion with relevant members of the Frontbench Teams from the Commons, Lords and the European Parliament.

During the day, numerous seminars are held which are led by Conservative Frontbench Spokespersons. A Frontbench Spokesperson and a leading member of the business community traditionally address delegates at the Business Day lunch.
